Have questions about Run the Show Dance Haven? Want to learn more about our classes, Company program, private lessons, or what RTS is all about?

Whether you’re ready to get started or you’re simply “just looking around,” you’re welcome to book a meeting with Spencer Byrnes, the studio owner. These meetings are a chance to ask questions, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if RTS feels like the right fit for you or your dancer.

Choose the meeting that best fits what you’re looking for in the options, and then fill out the form. Spencer will get back to you as soon as she can.

Mandatory Yearly Dancer/Family Meeting

For RTS families, it is mandatory to have a meeting with the studio owner at least once a year within the first half of the dance year (June through December) to discuss performance options, tuition, dress code, classes, dance calendar, future plans, and provides a chance for Spencer to connect with all the dance families.

Please come in with questions and class options that you may have in mind for you (or your dancer).

Fee: Free

Company Program OR Private Lesson Meeting

For dancers and families interested in the RTS Company Program or a Private Lesson.

A dedicated conversation about the Company Program, including expectations, training, rehearsals, competitions, fees, commitment, and what being part of an RTS Company means.

Best for: “I want to learn more about Company.”

Fee: $10 / 20-60 min. meeting

Initial RTS Information Meeting

For new families, dancers, or anyone interested in learning more about RTS.

A general introduction to Run the Show Dance Haven. We can talk about the studio, classes, tuition, age groups, programs, our approach to dance, and what you can expect from RTS.

Best for: “I’m interested, but I have questions.”

Fee: Free

General Meeting

For RTS families or separate business.

Option 1 (Business): A meeting for those interested in discussing teaching opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, events, community programs, or other business-related opportunities with Run the Show Dance Haven.

Option 2 (Dance): If none of the meeting options quite fit, book a general meeting and let us know what you’d like to discuss. We’ll make sure the conversation is directed toward what you need.
